I Lost my password, how do I retrieve it?

To request a lost password please click login at the top right of the screen, select the I forgot my password link, and complete the information on the password request form.

Can we elect to receive only electronic records and not a paper copy?

Yes. You have the option to receive records in multiple formats.

How do I download a copy of the records?

To download a copy of the records, click login on the upper right corner of the page and enter your login credentials. Select the specific order on the order tracking page and click the eSummary by ABI™ icon. In eSummary, you will simply click the download tab on the right side of the screen and click on the paper icon next to the facility you wish to download.

How do I find the current status on a particular record order?

To locate the status of an order, login at the upper right side of the screen and go to the order tracking page. Then click the blue bubble next to the desired order. Additionally, if you want an up-to-the-minute status update, click on the details bubble twice.

Where do I find a copy of the actual subpoena for my order?

The confirmation packet, along with the subpoena, is available on the order-tracking page. To view it, login and click the work order number. Then click the order confirmation icon located at the top right corner of the page.

Can we bill a carrier or third party directly?

Yes. On the online order form, you will find a “bill-to” section where you can enter the billing information for a third party.

Are we able to attach authorizations or other documents to orders?

Yes. After submitting an order, the confirmation screen will appear and an “upload files” icon will be present. Then you can browse your documents and upload directly to the order just placed.

Training regarding ABI’s record retrieval ordering process or eSummary by ABI™ can be completed via web-based training, and in many locations in-person training is also available.
